So on Oct 21st 2013 my niece tells a friend of hers, Ask my Uncle he loves working with Latex, 2 and a 1/2 weeks later I custom Fit the Mask on him Put on the Gloves and Ta Da he has his new Cos Play Persona Doctor Who's "The Silence"
